AAM completed the acquisition of Metaldyne Performance Group

April 6th 2017, AAM completed the acquisition of Metaldyne Performance Group (MPG). AAM is now a premier global Tier 1 supplier of

high quality, engineered components, modules and sub-systems across multiple engine, transmission and driveline product

lines. We are strongly positioned to offer enhanced value to our customers with comprehensive integrated solutions that

address the key megatrends of light-weighting, fuel efficiency, safety and smart mobility.

The combined company will have a strong and experienced leadership team. Our four business units – Driveline, Metal

Forming, Powertrain and Casting – have the expertise and capability to serve a broad range of applications on a global basis.
